Steam does not measure the time spent in the game (Fallout 3)

Put Nexus Mod Manager FOSE set + a few mods and now Steam thinks that I don't play fallout. Shift+Tab doesn't work, make a screenshot can't. What's the problem? The same is not measured by the time spent in the game. How to be? How to fix?

Do so, and seems to work
File FalloutLauncher .exe rename FalloutLauncher_backup .exe.
File fose_loader .preminum in FalloutLauncher exe .exe.

I have exactly the same garbage without any mod managers, and even Steam clean the game does not see. Once cured, a long time... But had to do a reinstall - again, everything was back to normal. As treated I do not remember, but in onesnike like nothing was touched. I'll try to touch it.
