Error 0xc000007b (Hearts of Iron 4)

I downloaded Hearts of Iron 4 and installed it.
When I wanted to log into the game popped up the error 0xc000007b.
What to do?

Install/update DirectX, Visual C++, .Net Framework. All the files download only from the official Microsoft website.

The same problem, DirectX, Visual, Net Framework are downloaded and installed was from Microsoft, gives the same. There are still ways to solve this problem?
