F:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launchersavegames search for inner folder 1803,where is stored this folder is spelled uplay id,copy this id later in cpy.ini string uplay id,enter your copied who,well, saves pleasie throw in the folder of saves cpy.
