Lost interface (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

When meeting with another civilization completely disappears the whole interface. In addition to Esc, nothing works.
There is a mod YNAMP. But this is the second game in this fashion and this problem had not arisen. Somebody faced? How to treat?
