Edit Russian localization.
Trying to play the Russian version I encountered numerous errors and negligence of the translation and sloppy graphics for statistics, weapons and armor. My edits are intended to correct the situation. The absolute truth have not traditionally expect, so that some controversial decisions kompensiruet need to use fashion
In the process of revisions was reduced to a single species the format of messages in the combat-log of fight with various creatures and collecting the items, not to see messages of the format “sent a piece of rocket launcher” with the transfer of a grenade launcher. The total number of edits in this direction has exceeded 1200.
Also fixed several dozen incorrect and sometimes missed key words in the dialogues. And if in the first case, the response just seemed strange, in the second variant, a player simply loses information available in the original English version.
Documentation of changes is very incomplete, as otherwise the work would have dragged on even for hours.

The heavy weapons turn made of 3-4 rounds with a corresponding increase damage of each bullet.
In the end, the total damage does not change, but machine guns can really use from the start as the main and only weapon.
Energy weapons have increased damage to non-conductive armor for the odd perks

Due to this energeiai can effectively use as a primary weapon.
Well. Author Delta patch it quickly updated, and I'm your mod after him (using the Delta patch to access the edits of perks and weapons).
Definitely recommend to download a new version of the mod, because there went back to the original settings, the solver of damage to the conductive energaire against armor and other weapons in excess of the rate of penetration and the target's armor (before damage was 2 times more)
