Frieze on the menu. (Doom (2016))

The problem is that - DOOM lag 10-15 seconds in the main menu after startup,and then everything becomes normal.

P. S
No third-party programs,viruses, too - clean as a pharmacy.
The debris is also missing (once a month CCleaner'om running system),the OS fresh with all updates and drivers the latest versions.
No game no lag in the menu after startup and connection of the Steam overlay.

TTX (brief):
Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake
GTX 1080ti
DDR4 32Gb

Will add one more thing - the Offline (without the Internet),the menu is not frieze.

This is in many games and of iron does not . 10-15 seconds I didn't have 3-5 seconds freezes after boot was in Far Cry 3 and Fallout 4 .
