Mikrotalasna to Win.7 x64 (GTI Racing)

The game is installed on Win.XP (x86) works perfectly. The resolution of 1920x1080.
Tried on Win.7 x64.
In the race are mikrotalasna picture and sound.
Tried:
- moved the game to SSD - a little better.
different sound settings - no effect.
- the settings on the card - no effect.
- limit the FPS down to 30 Hz is better but still there. At the time of microdevice observed transient drop in FPS and the jump-pulse time frame.
The reason is not clear.
