SH:Origins on the PS Vita (Silent Hill: Origins)

guys I have a question
the PlayStation Store the game is written only for PSP
and before it seems I can download on PS Vita (I do not remember so or not just)
if I buy through the website of any game that I can download it on Ps Vita And play like other psp game on ps vita?
