error starting game (Batman: Arkham Asylum)

at first everything was fine, played everything perfectly, the only thing to remain was impossible..the problem with saving as many.the game is licensed.games for windows has registered another country, not Russia, to enter there name and password ,then asks to download update direct download there like download again downloaded it and writes again on the new register and download the updates.how many of them can swing ? to infinity ? okay then I decided to update via the Microsoft Games For Windows Marketplace install it then it says to use the software Games for windows required sign-in assistant windows live id downloaded install but it didn't install because of an error in the installation wizard. in short I have the game never comes now error:
