Look on the Internet Win7PE_uVS then I can put a link that links to these sites are forbidden ;)
Manual
In the BIOS menu or select to boot from CD-DVD drive or flash memory card Flash (only if BIOS supports)
After booting through the Bios window will appear:
Select TotalCommander and click GO
1.Next, look for your flash drive (it is signed as Win7PE_32), and open the folder uVS on it. In the folder look for a file start.exe and run.
If boot from disk in the folder uVS do not need to go. The thing is that the program creates temporary files on the disk they in any way recorded can't so throws an error. To avoid this you need to run the file start.cmd located in the root of the drive next to the folder uVS
4. In the menu that appears be sure to choose the Windows directory (where you installed Your system), then on the button Choose Windows directory appears in parentheses (selected C:WINDOWS). Next, click Run under current user
5. When the window opens, click the tab Advanced select empty recycle bin directory and user profiles temporary files, then Tweaks and click on the button No. 12 Reset Winlogon keys in the initial state. It will remain to remove suspicious files, ie the ones that catch the eye, for example xxx_video_3242.exe or ~rdr813.tmp

There are banners replacement userinit.exe
1.After starting the program, choose TotalCommander and click GO
2.go to the folder C:Windows
3. If you find the file (consists of numbers and letters with a signature userinit.exe), then delete the file C:Windows userinit.exe
4.Next, rename the file found in userinit.exe.
5.To restart the computer.

P. S you Can insert a disk, when the system is loaded and the banner came out. The program will roll it and followed the following procedure as described above.

1. Look at the startup and/or the task scheduler for the start of the Opera.
2. It is advisable to clean the profile folder of Opera (all data will be deleted).
