Soap soap (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Good day ! The screen resolution is 1920*1080 - the picture is horrible ... soap. It's like the resolution is much less. Anybody with such did not face ? Can you sharpen the render ?

and the screenshot without losing quality/resolution? because its resolution is 1536х864. maybe the problem in this?

Just the same, if the soap becomes more. With FXAA still tolerable. If you disable the soap disappears, but with the advent of ladders and shimmer play as it is not an option.
