I found 9 points at the end of act 1 and 10 point(aka mission) is unlocked after mission 7 of act 2. The game license.
Could only find 8 out of 10, the rest is simply not on the map. Storyline is fully completed. The same went for several additional jobs with the investigations, and these 2 never appeared.
