The causes of heating of the video card

My computer is vidyuhi msi Radeon RX Gaming 580 X 8G just a couple of days ago rabotala perfectly and now visually it's all right pomerene thermal paste, the cooler is spinning as it should ,overclocking is not amused,driver not changed...but there was one problem, as soon as I enter any game( and test performance)temperature for a couple of minutes jumps dramatically from 26 to 70 degrees, then the computer restarts in General, any load on it leads to a sharp increase in temperature and this has never happened before what could it be??don't know...

For the sake of interest off the Internet and try to log into the game.

Though it is strange that the computer reboots after 70 degrees the graphics card.

70 degrees is not critical.
First check the Power supply.
Write the full configuration of the system and model of the PSU.

call the task Manager and see if the process eats that much video card.I've had I've removed and all the rules.
