How to fight against conventional and organic turrets? (ARK: Survival Evolved)

What things/weapons you can destroy the guns and shooting flowers? What strategies can help? Bazooka, shield, and grenades and so on, what can help?

PS: all methods in addition to using Rex, Sennikov, gigantosaurus and other fat animals.

Organics can be gouging of any firearms, the easiest way of the sniper, firing at the flower and everything. Well, the machine guns probably only a Bazooka, C4 or grenades you can, but it must come pretty close
