Problems with the display models of cars/people (Just Cause 2)

Video card RX 5700 xt configure the maximum
Different objects cars, people, turrets, and even at home or not rendered at all, or have a translucent texture. Those who have experienced the same problem ? Or at least tell me the program to open and edit game files, MB tweak something.

Try to limit FPS, or chop firewood using DDU and put a version of the older wood
