It means you are not correctly prescribed in INIфайле.
Delete it,make the settings again,the game will create a new INIшник and everything is normal tell.

Open Fallout4Prefs.ini with any text editor (Notepad will do)
At the very bottom of the file, you'll see [Launcher]. Right below it paste the following text:

Decided to see what changes the vortex in files when placing fashion.
In file Fallout4Custom adds a row. it does not affect the crash.
In file Fallout4Prefs adds nothing.
In file Fallout4 removes the word STRINGS (doesn't affect flight) and adds a line, which leads to departure.



Removed this line, the crashes stopped.
