Problem with sound (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

Hi all
This problem
When crossing a certain point on the left side of the map there is some bug (camera jerks around for a second)
And sound animation on the right part of the map disappears
And only on the main map
On page sound is .
What could be the problem ?
