PS4 Pro buzzing in the inventory

On black Friday I bought Proshka. At once did not pay attention, and it's very annoying.
In any game you only run the inventory/map and the console begins to buzz wildly.
I can at least ten consecutive hours to play and it will not buzz. One has only to open the inventory, even if it is immediately after turn on the console and start the game, it immediately begins to buzz just incredibly loud. At the same time, if you put the game on pause, the game is also not buzz.
Is this normal? Someone faced?
