It is in many games uplay. Conflicts with anticarsia programs uplay or access server.

To reduce the amount of departures:
To put all windows updates.
To scan a PC for viruses Malwarebytes.
To reduce the number of programs at startup.
Put at least 16 GB of swap file.
Try different video card drivers.

I think the problem with the video card...with 16 gigs as far as I know the pagefile does not need
