Steam Family Sharing

Good Afternoon Ladies and gentlemen, the question is: why are some games not available through Steam Family Sharing?, for example , Max payne 3, L. a. noire GTA, RDR,, a friend of mine shared with me his library, most games available and they are not, thanks in advance=)

Probably because it is run through a third-party launcher. Max, GTA and RDR there is a reference to the Rockstar launcher.

Games which require extra account (such as game from: Ubisoft, Rockstar), and some other games (E.g. ArmA III) is not available for Family Sharing.
