Sync 2 PC (No Man's Sky)

Good afternoon. The question arose whether it is possible through steam to sync the game progress from PC to laptop or Vice versa. Faced with the problem, played on the laptop, loaded with the computer and progress with the laptop and not Vice versa! This is terribly annoying as it is to understand?
