Crash when loading to the map. (Call of Duty: Warzone)

I go to BR start to get into it after a long boot( Black screen and the bottom circle download), after you receive 3 of the Board, and can't move the mouse, again a long wait time and flies out of rinks in the lobby with the words Attention. Connect time expired you can think of in this situation?
