Quest \"Swords and dumplings\" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I took the quest at level 9 and after I noted the cargo in the warehouse, I killed people van Hoorn and the entire quest is gone, he is not in any jobs that Hattori is on the map, but he's not home, the door is open and is a pirate.
