Can't log in via GTA Rockstar launcher (Grand Theft Auto 5)

When you try to enter the launcher the error associated with the validity of the registration ID. The login information entered is correct, and attempts were done with an interval of 30-45 seconds. What to do?
Because of this I can not go in the GTA. If you try using Steam to run GTA just will not run, as there is this error.

Reinstall the launcher - good advice. Don't forget to delete the folder in documents rock. There's all kind of a login is stored.
