Rockstar Social Club not working. Offline. (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Today could not log into the game maybe because of update. Neither through the site or through the launcher in the Social Club comes as no Internet connection. All tied to the launcher Rockstar. VPN is not checked, and I do not see sense to be perverted in order to go there. Apparently enough of.
