Graphical bug when reporting (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Good day ! Recently became the owner of the Call of duty MW2019, but faced a problem, namely - a graphical bug.
Config PC:
VEGA 56, i5-9600k, 3666 ballistix sport, Z370 DS3-H.
Moreover, this bug appears on all graphics settings, as minimum, as maximum. Tried to reinstall the game, tried to drop the wood to the factory defaults and set again the last.
Aktivizhn on the forum this problem is not found, the technical support is also silent. What can I do really hate this graphical bug, in other games everything is fine, the problem with iron rule.

The profile system is the same herd if the enable buffered shadows..if you disable it in the ground battle some shimmer shadows..on a bunch of YouTube videos on different computer with similar artifacts, jamb in the game 100%
