Does not run on Windows 7 (Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary)

Why after the release of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary game no longer runs on 7-ke, despite the fact that the last part of the Reach was run perfectly. What could be the reason for not starting and as the same will run without going to the top 10?
