Too long loading (Garry's Mod)

All the time one problem on or entering the map or the server takes about 5-10 minutes . The main reason for 100% of Addons , which I have more than 1300 . The game goes over 60 fps with Addons to improve textures and graphics .
RAM I have 16gb DDR4 , 2 laths on 8 .
Is it possible to speed up the download , replace the hard ssd m.2 ?
And are there any ways to speed up the download ?
