Ultimate edition (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Guys, I have DDR, and ultimate edition, gave bonuses, puhi, horse costume, but then because of chitakov got banned. When was the deadline for the ban, I went into the game, all the gold accumulated is preserved, but the horse, armor and fluff anymore. What is it ?

About removing Persian with all the achievements, I know, but the gold I have left. Why didn't they take it ? A horse and a suit included by default in the same edition
