Fugitive Preston Garvey (Fallout 4)

Hello. Noticed yesterday that there are fewer people in the sanctuary. I realized that not enough Preston, Storage, Marcy, mother Murphy's and Chinese. Did you clear the campaign already. They went back to the Liberty Museum and there or foot. Preston's partner can take, and when rastus with him and request that he came back, he just runs away back to the Museum.
Met anyone with this bug and how to fix it? Mods lately did not put.

It is officially confirmed by Bethesda bug which is not fixed and is found in many players.

As a variant I can offer a download of the old save, or you can type in the console setstage 1a001c 1000, if for some reason the initial quest with the release of Preston did not complete (according to Russian wiki setstage 1a001c 200).

This bug prevents the further development of the story if found in the early stages of the game. In your case, it does not threaten. Many players are happy about this, as it saves from the eternal whining/mumbling and regular NPC quests to sweep.
