After fasttravel 2 enemy (Far Cry 5)

The situation is strange. The first passage was not like this, but now while riding round John and clean up all what is left, after each teleport (or even log in the game) come two gay men on a Quad bike and try to die quickly. Why? What is this, a bug of some kind? Annoying. They're not supposed to be.
