How to update the game (Borderlands 3)

In the game the first time after downloading the level you're on in the menu is constantly popping up a tab that prompts you to go to the menu and update the game. But nothing happens, when I menu out.
No update no.
And this roundnose egs General XS how to manually update to run.
So I do not understand, this is a bug of the game, or need something smart-ass the game to update.

It's not a patch but a temporary nerf of loot and even the little things, deleted every time out of the game. Weighs a few megabytes .just before playing, wait for 30 seconds in the main menu.
