Help!Help!Help! Skyrim LE - there is no initial interface (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I read a lot of forums in some of my problem is mentioned as well known. But I found ine solution.

In General, after the establishment of several mods. And I'm doing everything by the rules, using Wrye Bash, etc.

Launch via SKSE, it runs but the interface (to continue the game, etc) - no! Only the icon of Skyrim and the smoke swirls, the text does not.

What is the reason?
