Question regarding your account, Epic Games (Fortnite: Battle Royale)

Here I can not see how to write them in support, not about any games and my account. In a letter to the email they put a link, but there is only the Help section and everything. Can someone more attentive... I was just sick of all this confirmation of the log on my ACC (more than 200 letters a week from different countries and IP).
