Code locker with kollektsionku on the Dam. (Daymare: 1998)

In the third Chapter, on the Dam, there is a locker with a combination lock inside of a collectible figurine. The guides can be seen that the code is 514, but how to learn in the story?

Has already helped, the code is not to be sought in the notes, it is written on blood on the floor near the corpse next to the Elevator.
