About the inheritance (Crusader Kings 2)
Play for king Boleslaw IV of Hungary, and with the help of intrigues and plots could become the heir of the Kingdom of Bohemia. But the current ruler of Bohemia is a vassal of the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. Usually land without war depart by inheritance. But he might be offended and go to war.

In SRI may be adopted a law prohibiting inheritance by foreigners, so that may or may not inherit.
