The game freezes for 1-4 seconds. (Destiny 2)

I have this problem, I do not remember how long, but I started to hang the game for 1-4 seconds, 1-3 times per hour.
This happens only with Destiny 2.
If anyone is experiencing this issue, please share your experience on how to solve the issue.

My config:
Windows 10 Pro x64 Motherboard - Asus Maximus VII Ranger, CPU Intel Core i5-4570 (acceleration to 3700MHz), Video - MSI R9 390 8G Gaming RAM - Kingston HyperX KHX1600C10D3/8GX (16GB) power supply - Corsair RM750.
The driver of the video card tried from 17.7.1 (earlier was not very stable) and to the current, that is, 18.3.4
Temperature does not exceed permissible limits, namely, the temperature of the video card and CPU all within the acceptable, the game runs from the HDD, with disk all normally, does not fray does not overheat, but again I repeat, this problem only with Destiny 2, all other games go without problems.
