Download my mod (there will understand,the billboards begin with Billboards),and change in the pictures,they should be in DDS format,you can use a simple editor XnView.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try. And the picture size may be different, fulhd or how you should be? And many more pictures in the squares?With them be like?

No,only those that mod unless you know how to work with Creation Kit.

The size should be such as in fashion,just take your picture and insert in the original,and of about keep aspect ratio.
Square just copied my picture proportioning,i.e., if the picture is widescreen then just the edge cut (or copy using a square frame) and then re-insert.

Last question): squared multiple pictures. This individual photo in to the game or as a 1 square photo, only with multiple girls?

It is the individual posters,just the structure of the file locations,though there are exceptions,but they are few.
