Does not start the launcher (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

When you start the game writes not running the Skyrim launcher to do that?

The launcher set the game settings before it starts . Launch the game from the root folder , bypassing the launcher , the startup file of the game . Launcher version must match the version of the game because the launcher is not universal and cannot be simply added or replaced from the other version . If after installing the game run the launcher gives an error , then shake the other working Repack .
