Russian subtitles. (Hitman (2016))

People here is the problem,in short when people speak the English language,the translation subtitles on the screen,the sub in game settings turned on.How to solve this problem?

Pirates, the license? If the pirates, what is the Repack? If licensce, on some Playground or not? Why so stingy on the details?

The license of activation, the PC playing when I go the videos have subtitles,and when in the game they are not.
