Mission expeditions and underground complexes. (Far Cry 3)

Mission in the form of orange circles-markers on the map in the underground complexes. Wikipedia and the WIKI nothing on them is not found. Moreover, after passing for some reason they reappear on the map. It's the usual side missions for getting your XP?

This DLC the lost expedition. In the original game they do not, they are both Supplement.
