Fps Curling (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Took this Igor recently on the break,peck I have all my life shit was,therefore, normally game enjoy couldn't,so decided to play Curling,well, in General,there is some problem.Connoisseurs of kinematografichnosti,tell me th fps on VIDOS?It seems to me that there is not a stable 30 fps.
