FAIR PVP TOURNAMENT (Diablo 2)
Of course, I'm already tired of their subjects, but!A long-matured idea of a very large fair pvp tournament(and maybe the fair TVT).
WHAT'S ALL THE JUICE:
(FAIR PVP TOURNAMENT)
1. The tournament will be held once we have collected at least 16 participants.
2. Tournament format - Double Eliminaton.
3. Duels format бо5.
4. The bottom grid as a BO3 format.

(FAIR TVT TOURNAMENT)
1. Minimum number of teams for the tournament - 4.
2. Team of 3 people.
3. The format of the tournament is Double Elimination.
4. Fights - бо5.
5. Lower bracket - BO3.

And now the most important:
1. Participation in the tournament will ONLY accept NON LADDER characters.
2. The rate for participation in the tournament a Vex Rune.
3. Betting takes moderator pvp, the account of which will be listed here later (if the tournament is held).
4. Rate pass LADDER characters and the prize will be awarded, too, in a ladder'e.
5. Fair PvP Tournament - 3 prizes.
5. Fair TvT Tournament - 1 place.

The dynamics started up some fierce Hayter, under each post at least 3 disadvantages :D
Oh! Think again poshpilit in D2, and then the tournament and the list sicilie.... not worth it it also.
For the second list, you can hold private chat-the tournament to determine the strongest pvp in the text. I think win Dober, the mother to do, and who is ahead I do not know.
