I play on a laptop at 1366x768 on minimum, FPS jumps from place to place, approximately, 45-20 FPS but at the same time CPU uses only 35-50% (GPU at 100%). Because this game is a great shooter component, that is not playable at the moment!
NB! My laptop pulls with the same screen resolution and at a comfortable game: Mad Max, GTA V/Online, the Elder Scrolls Online, Shadow of Mordor, (and after 20 patch) HIC... So at the moment everything is pretty good, if you compare the graphics with other games companies and their optimization!
