Terraria is not the game for which you need a public server, IMHO.
Launched Hamachi/Tunngle,
gave your IP to your friends
connectilis through steam/Skype microphones
created the world -
enjoy collaborative play with friends without griefers, with mutual support, etc.

Same thing in minecraft.

And for Tetris you don't want the server to create, it would be better for the Black ops servers made for Half-Life first in the end. Than to support the game with graphics of the ' 70s.
