New game and side missions (Dying Light)

I'll be brief:
If I start a new game with any mission, all the side effects that came to this mission should/can be held over?

For example, if I started with the penultimate mission, so I will be available almost all the side effects to complete?

All the tasks that were before a specific mission that are passed-already passed.

I think we should start with mission Emergency blackout that would be all the missions reset
