The movement jerks (Dead Rising 4)

to windows 7 had the same problem thought it was due to the large load on the hard drive, reinstalled on the SSD (the lags were less frequent, but if you had lag for a half a second, now second and a half) in General can not play.
I put Windows 10,driver for video card,updated DirectX,the game was rearranged for the new Windows (again, SSD),used old saves, antialiasing SMAA. Lagi LOST FPS compared to win 7 have not changed.
