Good day! The interaction menu does not open when the player's shakyBut I have seen people using the interaction menu,when you get knocked down!
Hit by a car,breaking sniper,fallen from the height of the bike, easily yourself killed.
I was told that it's something to do with game settings

This is done in first person. But it works not always, only in certain cases and not immediately. But since R* changed the mechanics of suicides with the latest DLS it will do you no help :)

This changed mechanics of suicides in fact complete nonsense. What do you alleged killed write only to you. The enemy sees your suicide,and kill points not getting.
