Guys someone tried carbohydrate unloading, and after loading?
Try to think, well, I'm just curious to hear people's opinions who have tried this. I read that in the first 7-10 days, can present with lethargy, decrease in mental activity. My work is related to brain activity just.
Want just dries the better. 1.5 years dropped 21 kg(from 94 to 73, height 179 cm).
