How to reset GTA 5 bought in Warehouse? [PC] (Grand Theft Auto 5)

In General, after the demolition of the windows and install again, decided to play gtav. Since there is no installer just copied the already installed game files from last Windows (of course also copied various documents involved in the game). Game to start successfully enough more than one hour. But once the update came out and this is what I see:

You come through the browser in to your uchetku Social Club, then click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page and choose to Download the game and on the next page choose Download for Windows.
